Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Team Lead responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT applications related to the production of physical and digital bank cards and PIN letters within Pagateq (VÖB-ZVD Processing GmbH, a Deutsche Bank subsidiary). The successful candidate will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to the team, managing organizational and regulatory requirements, process documentation, and task coordination. Key responsibilities include steering internal software development teams, maintaining and developing the system landscape, and coordinating audits. This position requires strong expertise in IT application management, knowledge of card-based payment transactions, and excellent social and communication skills to navigate complex challenges and represent the company in credit industry committees, ensuring strategic alignment of technical products and systems.
