Job Summary

This role places you as the central link between product development and manufacturing within the Industrial Engineering team, focusing on digital locking technology. As a Product Lifecycle Engineer, you will guide innovations from initial prototypes through to series production readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing and monitoring assembly processes, implementing measures for product and quality improvement, and identifying optimization potential within production workflows. You will also be responsible for planning and executing the introduction of new products into manufacturing and establishing production standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics) and brings initial practical experience in a technical production environment, coupled with knowledge of statistical process data analysis, LabVIEW, and a structured, analytical approach to work.
