Job Summary

This opportunity is for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join Media Service Group GmbH, a stable, owner-managed company specializing in in-store media solutions. The core responsibilities involve the installation, repair, and maintenance of complex electro-acoustic systems, displays, and video technology, along with configuring associated playback devices. The role requires regional travel, primarily within North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), and involves coordinating closely with internal service teams and providing essential training and instruction to customers upon initial installation. Ideal candidates possess completed electro-technical vocational training and deep knowledge of audio, TV, or IT products.
