Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician to join the Media Service Group, focusing on installations, repairs, and maintenance of electro-acoustic systems, displays, and video technology across the Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria regions (PLZ 7xxxx or 8xxxx). The technician will be responsible for configuring playback devices, conducting customer training during initial installations, and coordinating efficiently with internal service teams for optimal scheduling. Ideal candidates possess a completed electro-technical or comparable vocational qualification, deep knowledge of electrical systems, audio, TV, or IT products, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience
- Professional experience in field service support is sought
