Job Summary

Join the Mobility Sales team in Fürth starting in 2026 as a Specialist in Sales Technology, focusing on shaping the future of public transport (ÖPNV) mobility. This full-time role involves actively contributing to the development of both digital and analog sales systems for public transport, including conducting pilot and test scenarios. A core responsibility is managing the back-end systems, electronic payment, and ticketing processes, ensuring seamless internal and external system interfaces, performing necessary updates, and handling second-level incident resolution. You will also be responsible for projecting, maintaining, and monitoring electronic fare management within sales systems according to VDV-KA specifications. The ideal candidate has completed an IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist) or equivalent, possesses experience in system and process support within public transport, and ideally has project management knowledge. This position requires an analytical, conscientious approach and involves representing the company's interests in regional transport committees (VGN) and working groups concerning ticketing and sales channels.
