Job Summary
This role involves the independent planning and execution of concepts for Building Automation (BA) and Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) systems across all phases (1-9) of the HOAI (§53), from preliminary design and detailed planning to tendering, realization, and site supervision. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating MCR and Building Management System (BMS) schematics, including functional descriptions. Collaboration within interdisciplinary BIM planning teams and communication with diverse clients in sectors like automotive, logistics, pharma, and the public sector are core daily tasks. Key qualifications include a background in building automation, electrical engineering, or related fields, coupled with practical knowledge in the assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems. Required Skills
Education
Advanced training qualification in Building Automation, Automation and Control Technology, PLC Technology in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; or comparable technical field
Experience
- Professional experience in the assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and standards for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and GA/MCR planning
- Experience with HOAI §53 service phases 1-9 (planning, tendering, realization)
