Job Summary

The City of Ludwigsfelde is seeking an engaged Project Manager to drive the "Apprenticeship Housing" project, aimed at strengthening the competition for skilled workers by securing housing for apprentices. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality of life for apprentices and boosting the region's attractiveness to potential trainees. Day-to-day responsibilities include the acquisition of landlords, developing standardized support instruments, building a landlord network, and generating housing opportunities. The manager will also plan and execute networking events, coordinate external service providers, manage procurement processes, and handle comprehensive project reporting, documentation, and grant settlement. Key requirements include a university degree (Bachelor) in Business, Administration, or Law, coupled with fundamental project management expertise and strong networking and acquisition skills. Fluency in written and spoken German (C1 level) is mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, communicative, and empathetic professional to make a significant impact on regional economic development.
