Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of control technology systems in power engineering, spanning low to high voltage applications. The Service Technician/Engineer will be technically responsible for maintenance, service, and optimization of station control and automation systems for industrial and energy supply customers, primarily based in Dresden but requiring travel across Germany and occasionally internationally. Key responsibilities include conducting maintenance and inspection work, independently troubleshooting complex technical faults, performing software updates and system modernizations, and developing customer-oriented solutions in collaboration with internal departments. Candidates should possess a technical degree or technician qualification in Electrical, Power, or Automation Engineering, coupled with at least three years of experience, ideally in station control or network automation. Proficiency in German and English, along with a readiness for travel and potential short-term offshore assignments, is essential for success in this impactful role.

Experience

  • Readiness for short-term offshore assignments (Offshore experience ideal)
