Job Summary

Join a pioneering engineering service provider as a Hardware Developer, focusing specifically on the challenging domain of fossil fuel extraction technology. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing existing products, systems, and processes, conducting precise measurements and tests on electronic circuits, and developing both analog and digital hardware solutions. A core part of your day-to-day work involves supporting PCBA manufacturing processes, focusing on cost reduction and quality improvement, and managing relationships with external electronic component suppliers. You will also design and build test circuits, qualify components, manage temperature and vibration testing, and resolve deviations in manufacturing and quality. This position requires strong technical expertise in electrical engineering and automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in critical energy technology.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field

Experience

  • Several years of experience in hardware development
  • Experience in energy or conveying technology is ideal
  • Professional experience with CAD programs and schematic creation
  • Experience with specific challenges in fossil fuel extraction
