Job Summary

This role involves coordinating pharmaceutical operations, focusing heavily on quality assurance and compliance within a production environment in Biberach an der Riß. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and documenting the qualification of testing personnel. Key daily tasks include optimizing internal processes, creating error patterns and test sets, and managing projects. A strong emphasis is placed on ensuring strict adherence to cGMP regulations and EHS guidelines. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of quality awareness for human medicinal products, and the ability to draft regulations, reports, and process descriptions in both English and German. Candidates must be prepared for shift work, including potentially full continuous shift operations, and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
