Job Summary
This role involves providing essential first-level IT administration and support services within a university setting, focusing primarily on Unified Communication systems (specifically Skype4Business) and the Typo3 Content Management System. Day-to-day tasks include independently resolving customer inquiries and problems received via phone, email, and a ticketing system, as well as configuring and setting up hardware such as phones and headsets. Candidates must possess necessary knowledge in Unified Communication and Typo3, along with basic understanding of network technologies, PC hardware, and current operating systems (Windows, Apple). The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
