Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of a laboratory within the Pharmacy department, specifically focusing on Pharmacognosy in Innsbruck. The Chemical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for preparing high-quality solvents, buffers, and media, as well as setting up documentation and experiments for practical training sessions. Key daily tasks include the maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment and safety installations. The technician will also provide essential support to scientific staff on various research projects and handle general administrative duties. The ideal candidate must possess a completed apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician or Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistant, demonstrating reliability, accuracy, and the ability to work independently. This is a permanent, part-time position (20 hours/week) requiring strong teamwork and communication skills.
