This Senior Data Scientist role within the Advanced Analytics & AI Tribe at RBI Group focuses on designing and delivering cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, combining the agility of a startup with the stability of a major financial institution. The core mission involves taking end-to-end ownership of complex ML/AI use cases, from initial framing through to reliable production deployment. The successful candidate will leverage modern agent frameworks (such as LangChain or LlamaIndex) to orchestrate Large Language Models (LLMs), implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and establish comprehensive LLMOps/MLOps pipelines for versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
