Job Summary
This role offers a motivated working student the opportunity to join BRP RENAUD's People & Culture Team in Stuttgart, Germany. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including HR development, process optimization, and internal communication. Day-to-day tasks involve assisting with the planning and organization of training programs, feedback processes, and career concepts, as well as contributing to the development of internal HR tools and digital processes. The position also involves creative support in conceptualizing and executing team events and internal formats, alongside general organizational tasks like office management and workplace design. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining practical insights into strategic and operational HR topics within a reputable law firm, with ample room to contribute their own ideas and develop professionally.
Required Skills
Education
Currently enrolled Bachelor or Master student, ideally in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or Psychology
Experience
- Currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student
- Strong interest in HR topics, organizational development, or event management
- Experience working meticulously and structured
- Enjoyment of teamwork and open, empathetic communication
