Job Summary

As a Tax Specialist at YPOG, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and unconventional legal firm, collaborating with leading experts in ongoing tax advisory services. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and private individuals. You will also assist in ongoing tax consulting, including supporting objection procedures and tax audits, with a particular focus on corporate, partnership, and international tax law, as well as fund- and crypto-specific issues. This role offers the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with exciting clients, particularly future-oriented companies and entrepreneurs.
