This crucial role involves providing comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the Executive Board within the healthcare sector. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the conceptual development of strategic and operational topics, ensuring project monitoring, and controlling measures within development programs. Key daily tasks include analyzing and preparing essential information, data, and key figures, developing solutions, and creating well-founded decision templates, reports, and presentations for the Board. The ideal candidate requires a background in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, excellent MS Office skills, high IT affinity, and initial professional experience in clinic management and project implementation.
