Job Summary

This role as an IT System Administrator is crucial for maintaining the operational reliability of a family-run craft bakery's 23 branches and 10 cafés. Focusing heavily on First and Second Level Support, you will be the central IT contact for approximately 900 employees, ensuring the seamless operation of systems ranging from POS terminals and WLAN to back-office servers and client infrastructure. Key responsibilities include the administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, network), managing user accounts and devices (including Apple iPads), and coordinating external service providers for telephony and network technology. The ideal candidate possesses proven professional experience in IT system administration, vocational training in System Administration, and practical knowledge of Windows Server environments and IT security. A pragmatic, service-oriented approach and a Class B driving license are mandatory, as the role requires regular on-site support across branches within a 30 km radius, utilizing a provided company vehicle. This is a permanent position offering a stable environment and active participation in ongoing digitalization projects.
