Job Summary

This role involves taking comprehensive responsibility for the development and maintenance of IT systems used in sales within the energy sector, primarily focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM). The developer will be instrumental in making processes efficient, automated, and customer-oriented, with a special focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI). Day-to-day tasks include continuous analysis and optimization of energy-specific business processes mapped within these systems, identifying and implementing improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness. The position also requires monitoring new technologies, performing Third Level Support for system disruptions, and managing system stability and interfaces. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in Computer Science or Business Informatics, strong project experience, and expertise in C#, JavaScript, and interface technologies to contribute significantly to the evolution of the company's sales IT landscape in a stable, full-time, and permanent role in Fulda.
