This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management (QM) system for the production of pharmaceuticals and medical devices in Braunschweig, adhering to strict EU-GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing core QM processes such as deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and complaints, alongside documentation tasks like drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also support internal and supplier audits and be responsible for planning and conducting employee training sessions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in natural sciences, possesses initial professional experience in quality assurance, and is proficient in both German and English, offering a structured and efficient approach to work within an ambitious and highly qualified team.
