Job Summary

This role involves operating and managing the building services systems for a client across various locations including Frankfurt, Offenbach, Dreieich, and Darmstadt. The core responsibilities include ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of technical systems, initiating legally required recurring inspections, and optimizing overall building operations. You will also be responsible for documenting services rendered and coordinating with subcontractors and external companies involved in system maintenance. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Electrical Engineering or Heating/Sanitary technology, preferably with a focus on building technology, and possesses professional experience in maintaining these systems. Strong teamwork, reliability, independent work ethic, and excellent service orientation are essential, along with fluent German language skills and a Class B driving license.
