Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position seeks motivated and tech-savvy individuals, including career changers, to join a dynamic IT support team. The specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems, specifically point-of-sale (POS) hardware and software. Key daily tasks involve remote installation and training for nationwide customers, telephone and remote maintenance support, and on-site service calls (less than 5% travel). The role requires strong communication skills, a reliable and conscientious approach to customer interaction, and the ability to analyze and resolve technical faults. While a technical background is beneficial, motivation and a passion for technology (PCs, smartphones, networks) are prioritized. Education
Best case: Completed technical apprenticeship/training. Motivation and willingness to learn are prioritized over specific degrees.
Experience
- Professional experience in customer care and IT service (preferred)
- Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical systems (preferred)
- Suitable for career changers (Quereinsteiger)

- Driver's license Class B (preferred for potential field service assignments)
