Job Summary
This role is for a Project Manager in Energy Technology responsible for driving projects from concept creation through final customer acceptance. Key responsibilities include defining project goals, establishing timelines, and ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, and schedule parameters. The Project Manager will also support the sales team in proposal generation and change order management, conduct comprehensive project controlling, and generate detailed progress reports. A critical component of the role involves overseeing construction sites, managing commissioning processes, and finalizing customer acceptance. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering or energy technology, ideally with specific knowledge in areas like photovoltaics, charging infrastructure, or e-mobility. Success requires strong organizational skills, business acumen, and a highly customer-oriented approach.
Required Skills
Education
Completed electro-technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by qualification as a Technician, Master Craftsman, Bachelor, or comparable degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, project processing, or project management
- Industry knowledge in electrical and/or energy technology (e.g., photovoltaics, charging infrastructure, e-mobility)
