Job Summary

This role is for an experienced PLC Programmer responsible for the full lifecycle of control systems development for machinery and industrial plants. Day-to-day tasks include developing and programming PLC controls, conducting commissioning, testing, and optimizing the control software, and creating visualizations and user interfaces. A core part of the job involves troubleshooting system malfunctions, documenting software, and generating technical documentation and wiring diagrams. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, external customers, and partners, and provide training and support to customers on plant operation. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology and several years of experience in PLC programming, particularly with tools like Siemens TIA Portal, STEP 7, or Codesys, alongside knowledge of industrial automation and various fieldbus systems.
