Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Design Engineer, focusing on the creation and maintenance of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and terminal plans, primarily utilizing EPLAN P8. Day-to-day tasks include the development and design of electrical control systems and switch cabinets, along with the selection and dimensioning of electrical components in strict adherence to current standards and regulations (VDE, IEC, DIN). The position also requires supporting commissioning processes, performing fault analysis on electrical systems, and meticulously documenting all work, including creating parts lists and cable lists. Collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and customers is a key component. Candidates must possess a degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering and bring several years of experience in electrical design, ideally with proficiency in EPLAN P8, to ensure successful execution of projects across various industries.
