Job Summary

This role as a Laboratory Technician offers the chance to advance your career within a leading engineering service provider, focusing primarily on GMP-compliant laboratory operations within the pharmaceutical sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while performing cell culture for cell biological analyses. A core task involves the generation and rigorous management of cell banks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the order, cleanliness, and suitability of all testing materials and equipment within the lab environment, while actively supporting the continuous optimization of existing workflows and processes through training initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a completed qualification as a Biology or Chemistry Laboratory Technician and initial professional experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with strong knowledge of GMP regulations, deviation handling, and hygiene standards.
