Job Summary

This role is for an experienced EMC Development Engineer seeking continuous professional growth within a leading engineering service provider. The core responsibilities involve conducting comprehensive Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) qualifications, including pre-compliance and standard testing on both component and system levels, specifically focusing on signal and power electronics. You will work within a state-of-the-art EMC laboratory environment, utilizing extensive infrastructure like absorber and shielded cabins. A critical part of the job is the documentation and detailed reporting of measurement data, alongside developing and implementing concrete countermeasures such as shielding, filtering, and design modifications in collaboration with product developers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses strong foundational knowledge of EMC principles, and ideally has prior experience working in an EMC laboratory. Knowledge of programming languages (like Ruby or C++) and Linux is beneficial.
