Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional ready to handle both remote and on-site technical challenges. You will serve as the primary point of contact (First Level Support), managing IT incidents and requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. A significant part of the job involves field service, requiring you to travel to customer locations for troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, and technical problem resolution. Key responsibilities also include meticulous documentation of support requests and solutions, close collaboration with Second Level Support, and advising customers on various IT topics. To succeed, you must possess a background in IT (such as an IT Specialist or IT Systems Management qualification), strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, and common IT hardware, coupled with a Class B driving license and willingness to travel for field assignments.
