Job Summary

The Eiderstedt Office is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join their coastal team, focusing on essential public infrastructure and vital flood protection measures. This role involves the full lifecycle management—design, construction, and maintenance—of critical municipal assets, including traffic areas, street lighting, and complex wastewater disposal systems such as sewage networks and pumping stations. A core responsibility includes dike and flood protection activities (Regional Dike management) and acting as the designated Water Protection Officer. Candidates must possess a university degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in either road/deep construction or water management, combined with several years of professional experience. Success in this position requires profound knowledge of road construction, water management legislation, and public procurement law, along with proficiency in relevant software like GIS and CAT tools. Education

Successful university degree (Bachelor / Dip. Ing. (FH)) in Civil Engineering specializing in Road/Deep Construction or Water/Settlement Water Management, or comparable qualifications.
