Job Summary

This role requires a technically proficient specialist to provide 2nd Level support, focusing on the administration and maintenance of complex Windows and/or Linux environments. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing, processing, and resolving technical disruptions within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems, and collaborating on system planning and development. The specialist will utilize modern technologies such as virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Checkmk), and security solutions (SIEM, EDR). Key qualifications include current knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, experience in network infrastructures, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams.
