2nd Level IT Support Specialist | Support 2nd Level (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a technically proficient specialist focused on maintaining and administering complex Windows and/or Linux server environments within a 2nd Level Support framework. Day-to-day responsibilities involve deep analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical failures across the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams. You will play a crucial part in system planning, implementation, and optimization, working closely with 1st and 3rd level support teams, and contributing to process documentation and security policy implementation. Key qualifications include current expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructure knowledge, and experience with virtualization and monitoring tools. This position is attractive due to the use of modern technologies (Cloud, SIEM, Configuration Management), involvement in major projects (migrations, rollouts), and the security of an unlimited employment contract. Fluency in German (C1 minimum) is mandatory.
