Job Summary
This role involves providing critical 2nd Level Support for complex IT infrastructure, focusing on administering and maintaining both Windows and Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including servers and network systems, and ensuring stable and efficient operation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams, participating in IT development projects (like rollouts and migrations), and documenting IT processes. The ideal candidate must possess current knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking infrastructure, and collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams. Expertise in security policies, monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Checkmk), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) is highly valued. Strong German language skills (C1 minimum) are essential for effective communication and documentation.
