Job Summary
This role is for an experienced IT Administrator specializing in Linux systems, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers within a dynamic IT environment. Key responsibilities include the administration of Linux server environments, operation and maintenance of data center infrastructures, and the creation and optimization of operational scripts using languages like Bash and Python. The administrator will also be heavily involved in virtualization, automation (using tools like Ansible), and the implementation of cloud solutions, including container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate must possess solid experience in network security, strong communication skills, a commitment to continuous professional development, and the willingness to travel for project work. Excellent German language skills (C1 minimum) are required, with English being beneficial.
