Job Summary

As a Senior Manager in International Tax Law, you will be responsible for advising a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, ranging from large corporations to medium-sized businesses. Your daily tasks will involve handling complex tax matters related to outbound activities, such as establishing foreign entities, profit repatriation, transfer pricing, and withholding tax issues. You will also assist foreign clients with inbound topics like permanent establishment creation and withholding tax exemptions. A key part of your role will be ensuring compliance with regulations like DAC 6 and preparing transfer pricing documentation.
