Job Summary
Take on a pivotal role as a Key Account Manager with significant Marketing responsibility for an internationally active company specializing in the tools sector within Switzerland. You will strategically manage and expand key accounts across the DIY and trade environments, identifying new revenue streams and driving overall profitability (revenue, budget, and margin). A substantial part of the role involves developing and implementing customer-specific product and brand activations, including promotions and cross-channel campaigns. You will utilize market, competitor, and assortment analyses to develop Category Management strategies and optimize product ranges. Success requires coordinating complex customer projects, such as POS conversions, logistical improvements, and online content management, while working seamlessly within international teams and matrix organizations. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally within branded goods, consumer goods, or the trade sector
- Professional experience in the tools or construction industry is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage international teams and navigate matrix organizations
- Deep understanding of the processes and structures within construction, garden, and consumer markets
