Job Summary

This role is ideal for a qualified Master Electrician or Electrical Engineering Technician seeking a challenging and responsible position within the university's property management division at the Weihenstephan campus. The primary focus is on ensuring the optimal function and safety of all electrical installations across the campus facilities, including academic buildings, greenhouses, and heating systems. Day-to-day tasks involve inspecting and optimizing electrical equipment (lighting, lightning protection, general electrical systems), preparing technical tender documents, and managing external contractors. A key responsibility includes the willingness to act as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK), overseeing other electrical technicians. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in standard office software, and a commitment to service-oriented, independent work.
