Job Summary

This leadership role seeks a Head of Process & Safety to guide an internationally established engineering team across Germany, Denmark, and the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering complex projects focused on the energy transition, including renewable energies, offshore facilities, hydrogen infrastructure, and safety-critical systems. Key responsibilities involve ensuring efficient service delivery, developing team competencies to open new market segments, and supporting departmental strategy and decision-making. The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s degree (or equivalent), significant experience in the energy sector (Oil & Gas, renewables, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture), proven success in business development, and strong leadership capabilities, coupled with expertise in change management and process optimization. This position is central to driving projects that shape the transition to a sustainable energy supply for a leading market player in technical consulting and risk management.
