Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious and experienced Facility Manager responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects and ensuring the next level of technological solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include leading and scheduling the technical team, overseeing technical operations, and managing maintenance and repairs. A critical part of the job involves quality assurance for facility management orders, strict budget and cost control, and ensuring profitability through economic analysis. The manager coordinates all service areas (technical and infrastructural), communicates with clients, tenants, and authorities, and maintains existing contracts while preparing detailed development reports. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification, possesses professional experience in building or object management, and is proficient in cost control, technical maintenance, and CAFM systems like Planon.
