Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Hardware Engineer specializing in Measurement Technology and Electronics Design to join a dynamic team working on challenging projects for industry-leading clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the end-to-end development of hardware components for precision measurement systems. A critical focus will be actively contributing to the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, collaborating closely with production, quality assurance, and suppliers to industrialize new products. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive manufacturing documentation, supporting the transition of prototypes into series production, and optimizing designs based on manufacturability, cost, and quality. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and brings several years of hardware development experience, particularly in measurement technology or comparable high-tech products, along with proven expertise in industrialization and NPI processes. Proficiency in CAD tools and knowledge of Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-for-Test (DFT) are essential for success in this influential role.
