As an IT Service Desk Specialist (1st/2nd Level Support), you will be crucial in ensuring precise system administration and delivering practical IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving complex IT issues across 1st and 2nd levels, providing comprehensive support for customer workstations and server environments, and actively participating in ongoing IT projects. Success in this role requires a completed System Technician qualification with a minimum of three years of professional experience, coupled with deep expertise in network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall) and Microsoft Windows Client/Server operating systems. You should also possess experience managing virtualized environments and deploying standard applications, along with fluent communication skills in both German and English.
