Job Summary

This critical leadership role involves managing the entire Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams for a Geneva-based company, including HR management and daily coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing the stability and evolution of all technical environments, including servers, networks, storage, backup systems, and protection devices. A key component of the role is acting as the primary cybersecurity contact, liaising directly with international headquarters teams. You will drive structured incident and request handling, control service commitments, and harmonize IT documentation (procedures, recovery plans, standards). This position requires a higher education in IT/Engineering and confirmed experience in team leadership, offering flexibility and home office options within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Required Skills

Education

Higher education in Computer Science or IT Engineering (Engineering School or equivalent)

Experience

  • Confirmed experience in leading and managing technical teams (Infrastructure, Security, Support)
  • Extensive professional competence across server environments, networking, security solutions, and cloud services
  • Solid practice in steering complex IT projects and managing external technology partners
  • Experience with advanced support levels (N2/N3) and managing incident resolution processes
