Job Summary
This role involves leading and directing all electrical engineering aspects within the production hall, focusing on the planning, control, and monitoring of work and manufacturing processes, particularly related to control cabinet construction. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for final acceptance of finished control cabinets and proactively collaborating with CAD planning and engineering teams to optimize designs and resolve discrepancies in plans. A key part of the job is resource management, including maintaining and administering the ERP system for material availability. Furthermore, the manager will handle personnel development, including training and mentoring employees, apprentices, and interns, while fostering relationships with educational partners. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in fields like energy systems electronics or mechatronics, extensive knowledge of control cabinet construction, MSR/SPS systems, and strong leadership skills, complemented by fluency in German and English.

Completed technical vocational training or similar qualification (e.g., Energy Systems Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Electronics Technician)
Experience
- Leadership experience required
- Professional experience in control cabinet construction, MSR, and SPS
- Experience with ERP systems
