Job Summary

This critical leadership role involves managing the Treasury Division within the City Administration's Finance and Strategic Controlling department in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. The Department Manager will lead a team of 10 employees and oversee the municipality's entire financial cycle. Key responsibilities include the planning, preparation, and execution monitoring of the city's budget, along with the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements. The successful candidate will also manage central tax issues concerning VAT and corporate tax, handle municipal liquidity and financing instruments, and oversee grant management.
