Job Summary

This role is for an Electrician specializing in grid control and network operations, based in Elsteraue, Germany, supporting MIBRAG GmbH's transition into a modern energy and industrial service provider. The core responsibilities involve monitoring the safety of 110/30/15/6-kV transmission and distribution networks, executing and documenting remote switching operations, and managing network disturbances by initiating corrective measures. The position also includes performing electrical maintenance and repair work within substations and supervising external contractors working on electrical systems. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial and Energy Technology or equivalent, ideally holding switching authorization up to 110 kV. The job requires flexibility, willingness to work shifts/on-call duty, strong team skills, and proficiency in German (minimum B2 level).
