Job Summary

This role involves the technical implementation, installation, and ongoing support of hardware and software solutions for clients. The specialist will be responsible for integrating and maintaining output management systems, authentication solutions, and multifunction printing systems, performing both remote and on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and error analysis for IT and printing systems. A key part of the job includes providing support for installed systems and software solutions within the company's service framework, as well as documenting technical environments and handing them over to clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, practical experience in IT system administration, and strong knowledge of hardware, software, Windows operating systems, networks, and common business IT. Experience with printing and scanning systems is a plus.
