Job Summary

The Compliance Specialist will be crucial in managing and coordinating complex, cross-departmental regulatory processes, specifically handling Change Controls and the qualification of materials like packaging and disposables. Day-to-day tasks involve acting as a subject matter expert, coordinating the creation and processing of regulations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and deviations. A key responsibility is effective communication, presentation, and decision-making during internal processes, audits, inspections, and supplier inquiries, requiring proficiency in both German and English. Candidates must possess a scientific Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmaceutics) or equivalent extensive experience in sterile drug manufacturing, coupled with excellent Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge. This permanent position offers attractive flexibility through a hybrid work model, allowing 2-3 days of remote work after the initial on-site training in Biberach.

Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific Bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology); OR Master's degree in a relevant scientific field; OR relevant vocational training combined with long-term professional experience.

Experience

  • First professional experience (if holding a scientific Bachelor's degree)
  • Long-term professional experience in the manufacture of sterile medicinal products (if holding relevant vocational training)
