Job Summary

This role involves providing high-level, reliable IT support, specifically catering to C-Level Management within an international environment. The specialist will be responsible for resolving complex IT issues, clearly explaining solutions, and maintaining discretion when handling hardware and software problems. Key daily tasks include IMAC support (Installation, Move, Add, Change) for IT devices, configuring PCs, laptops, printers, and supporting corporate events and meetings regarding media technology. The ideal candidate must have a background in IT system integration or equivalent, possess comprehensive knowledge of M365, media technology, networking, and mobile devices, and demonstrate excellent German and good English communication skills.
