Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning and management of heating, ventilation, and sanitation systems within the BKW Engineering Network of Excellence, focusing on sustainable and resource-efficient solutions. Day-to-day tasks include independently executing all planning phases—from design and approval to execution—in accordance with the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). The specialist will also be responsible for creating specifications, managing the tender process, evaluating bids, and overseeing execution, scheduling, and quality control. Candidates must possess an engineering degree in Building Services Engineering, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of HVAC/Sanitation systems and applicable legal frameworks.
