Job Summary
This critical role within the municipal drainage department in Tuttlingen involves ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of extensive water infrastructure. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems, including Electrical, Measurement, Control, and Regulation (EMSR) technology, process control, and remote monitoring systems across the 230 km sewer network, two sewage treatment plants, and various pumping stations. A key daily task is the rapid identification and resolution of electronic faults and malfunctions. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an Electronics Technician or Master Electrician, coupled with strong knowledge of MCR technology and general IT systems. This is a permanent, full-time public sector position requiring independent, economically minded work and the willingness to participate in an essential on-call rotation after initial training.
