Job Summary

The Technical Project Manager will join Alstom's global competence center in Zurich, focusing on high-performance traction technology and modern signalling solutions for green mobility. This highly technical role involves managing the technical aspects of complex signalling projects, specifically supporting ETCS and CBTC bids and implementations. You will serve as the crucial technical interface, translating customer requirements into defined technical solutions and project scope, ensuring seamless integration across various systems. Key responsibilities include providing technical input for proposals and tender submissions, participating in customer meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including development teams and clients. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience in highly regulated sectors like railway, defense, or aerospace. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, an autonomous working style, and fluency in both English and German.
