Job Summary

This critical role involves building, operating, and continuously developing a modern technical asset management system for the Bodensee water supply, which provides drinking water to four million people in Baden-Württemberg. The Central Asset Manager will be responsible for conceptual planning related to the maintenance, renewal, and expansion of facilities, including detailed condition assessments and risk analyses. A key focus is on strategic concept development and standardizing core asset management processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing long-term investment and maintenance plans, managing asset services, and coordinating external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a relevant engineering or economics field and possesses professional experience in asset management and project leadership.
